Incêndio destrói galpão em Guarulhos, na Grande São Paulo

Um incêndio de grandes proporções atingiu um galpão na madrugada deste domingo (24) em Guarulhos, na Grande São Paulo. Não houve vítimas.

Segundo o Corpo de Bombeiros, o local abrigava “materiais diversos”. Já a Defesa Civil, presente no local, afirma que o galpão guardava objetos apreendidos pela Receita Federal.

O incêndio, na avenida Pedro de Souza Lopes, Vila Galvão, começou por volta de 1h50, e 18 viaturas chegaram a ser deslocadas para o local. O fogo só foi controlado por volta das 9h30, mas não extinto por haver “muito material reciclável” -mais inflamável- no galpão, informou o Corpo de Bombeiros.

Procurada pela reportagem, a Receita Federal não se manifestou sobre o uso do galpão.
