Mulher é indiciada por vazar ‘nudes’ do ex-namorado

Suspeita teria mandado fotos do homem para a atual namorada da vítima, em Santa Catarina

A Polícia Civil de Santa Catarina indiciou nessa terça-feira (9/11) uma mulher de 30 anos que divulgou fotos de nudes do seu ex-namorado.

A vítima, um homem de 32 anos, manteve uma relação afetiva com a suspeita em 2020 e, durante esse período, ele enviou para ela fotos suas íntimas. Logo após encerrar o relacionamento com a suspeita, a vítima passou a se envolver com outra mulher.

A ex-namorada, então, usou um telefone celular cadastrado em nome de uma terceira pessoa e passou a enviar fotos íntimas do homem para a mulher com quem ele estava se relacionando.

As investigações iniciaram assim que o boletim de ocorrência foi registrado e prosseguiram por quase um ano. Foram realizadas diligências, inclusive buscas e apreensões.

O crime está previsto no artigo 218-C, §1º, do Código Penal Brasileiro.
