Quinhentas famílias de baixa renda recebem imóveis no Rio

Apartamentos ficam em São Gonçalo, na região metropolitana

O Ministério do Desenvolvimento Regional entrega nesta segunda-feira (6/6) apartamentos a 500 famílias de baixa renda da cidade de São Gonçalo, na região metropolitana do Rio de Janeiro. Cerca de 2 mil pessoas devem ser beneficiadas com os imóveis, por meio do programa Casa Verde e Amarela.

O empreendimento recebeu R$ 47,5 milhões em investimentos federais, do Fundo de Arrendamento Residencial (FAR).

Os apartamentos fazem parte do Residencial Campo Belo, que tem 25 edifícios de cinco andares, divididos em dois módulos, e fica na estrada da Conceição.
