A Vivo teve um pico de reclamações por falta de sinal na manhã desta quinta-feira (1º), segundo o site Downdetector. A instabilidade começou por volta das 9h30.

Às 10h30, foram mais de 4.300 reclamações dos usuários, que também se manifestaram pelas redes sociais. Clientes de Fortaleza, Recife, Belo Horizonte, por exemplo, reclamaram da falta de sinal pelo Twitter.

Também há queixas em relação ao aplicativo da operadora. Consultada, a Vivo ainda não havia falado sobre as possíveis falhas até as 11h30 desta quinta.
