Pouco antes das 15h deste domingo (8), a Polícia Militar lançou bombas de efeito moral contra manifestantes bolsonaristas na Espanada dos Ministérios.

O confronto começou quando um enorme grupo centenas de manifestantes, vindo do Quartel General do Exército, chegou à Esplanada e se concentrou em frente ao Ministério da Justiça e uma parte invadiu a parte superior do Congresso Nacional. Em reação às bombas, manifestantes soltaram fogos de artifício e falaram em fazer confronto.
