Dentista acusado de estuprar pacientes em consultório é solto no DF

Em nota à imprensa, a Polícia Civil do Distrito Federal (PCDF) informou que o Tribunal de Justiça do Distrito Federal e Territórios (TJDFT) negou o pedido de prisão preventiva do acusado

O dentista Gustavo Najjar, de 33 anos, acusado de estuprar pacientes durante consultas, que estava preso temporariamente desde o dia 12 de setembro, foi libertado.

Em nota à imprensa nesta sexta-feira (29), a Polícia Civil do Distrito Federal (PCDF) informou que o Tribunal de Justiça do Distrito Federal e Territórios (TJDFT) negou o pedido de prisão preventiva do acusado, solicitado pela 5ª DP e “determinou a soltura do indiciado, pois a prisão temporária não é mais necessária para a investigação”.
