Detran-DF alerta motoristas sobre golpes por e-mail

O CRLV-e apenas é emitido pelo aplicativo Detran Digital ou pelo portal do departamento

O Departamento de Trânsito do Distrito Federal (Detran-DF) alerta para um possível golpe que está sendo aplicado a motoristas e reforça que não envia o Certificado de Registro e Licenciamento de Veículo (CRLV-e) via e-mail.

Está circulando uma mensagem falsa, cujo endereço é sac@detran.com.br, informando que o documento do veículo está disponível anexo, em formato .pdf, induzindo o condutor a clicar no arquivo para download.

De acordo com o Departamento de Trânsito, essas mensagens não são enviadas pelo Detran-DF. Os e-mails oficiais possuem a extensão institucional @detran.df.gov.br.

Ainda segundo o órgão, para obter o documento, o proprietário do veículo deve pagar o IPVA, a taxa de licenciamento e as multas pendentes, se houver. Após a quitação dos débitos, o proprietário emitirá o CRLV-e por meio do portal Detran Digital ou pelo aplicativo homônimo.
