DF: Júri de Águas Claras condena homem a 10 anos de prisão por tentar matar ex-companheira

Segundo a Justiça, o réu não poderá recorrer em liberdade

O Tribunal do Júri de Águas Claras condenou Lucas Nascimento da Silva a 10 anos e cinco meses de prisão, por tentar matar a ex-companheira. O crime aconteceu na manhã do dia 23 de março 2023.

Lucas, inconformado com o fim do relacionamento, atacou a ex-companheira de surpresa em seu local de trabalho, localizado em Vicente Pires, região administrativa de Brasília.

O crime foi praticado por motivo torpe, com recurso que dificultou a defesa da vítima e em contexto de violência doméstica e familiar, uma vez que autor e vítima mantinham relacionamento, viviam juntos, até poucos dias antes dos fatos.

Segundo a Justiça, o réu não poderá recorrer em liberdade.
