Filhote de tucano é resgatado após cair de ninho em escola na Asa Norte

Segundo a PMDF, animal caiu no pátio da escola e logo chamou a atenção dos alunos da instituição

Policiais militares do Batalhão de Policiamento Ambiental (BPMA) resgataram, na manhã desta terça-feira (26/7), um filhote de tucano que caiu do ninho, no Centro Educacional Sigma, na Asa Norte.

O animal caiu no pátio da escola e logo chamou a atenção dos alunos da instituição. Funcionários conseguiram isolar a ave em uma sala e acionar a PMDF.

Após o resgate, os policiais responderam várias perguntas dos alunos que estavam curiosos sobre o tucano e queriam mais detalhes do trabalho da corporação no resgate de animais.

A ave foi encaminhada ao Centro de Triagem de Animais Silvestre (Cetas), do Ibama.
