GDF inaugura UPA do Gama nesta quinta (28/10)

A unidade vai atender 4,5 mil pacientes por mês e é a terceira aberta em 34 dias

O Governo do Distrito Federal inaugura nesta quinta-feira (28/10) a UPA Gama. Com investimentos de R$ 6,8 milhões, a instalação é a terceira unidade inaugurada pelo governo em um intervalo de 34 dias.

De acordo com o GDF, a unidade vai atender 4,5 mil pacientes por mês. A nova unidade vai desafogar diretamente o Hospital Regional do Gama, administrado pela Secretaria de Saúde, e indiretamente o Hospital Regional de Santa Maria, sob gestão do IGESDF.

Outras UPA’s entregues

Em 24 de setembro, o GDF entregou a UPA Ceilândia II. No Paranoá, a Unidade de Pronto Atendimento foi entregue no dia 18 de outubro.

A estimativa do governo local é que juntas, as três unidades vão atender 13.500 pacientes por mês ou 162 mil pessoas ao ano.
