Homem morre baleado por policial militar após briga no DF

Um homem de 44 anos após ser atingido por um disparo de arma de fogo de um policial militar. O caso aconteceu na madrugada desse domingo (31), em Ceilândia, no DF. O caso é investigado pela 15ª DP.

Cledson de Caldas Souza levou dois tiros, um deles na cabeça, durante uma briga.

Segundo a PCDF, o policial militar, de 41 anos, se apresentou na delegacia e prestou depoimento.  Ele foi liberado após entregar a arma usada no crime e 12 munições.

A Polícia Militar do Distrito Federal (PMDF) afirmou, em nota, que a vítima ameaçou o policial militar.

“Temendo por sua vida, e sua esposa e amigos que estavam no carro, o policial agiu efetuando dois disparos, um dos quais atingiu o homem”, diz a nota.

O caso também é investigado pela Corregedoria da PMDF.
