Motociclista sem capacete reage à abordagem policial no Núcleo Bandeirante

Um motociclista, um homem de 30 anos, foi detido por policiais militares após o homem se recusar a ser revistado. O caso aconteceu na noite dessa quarta-feira (16/11), no Núcleo Bandeirante, no DF.

De acordo com os militares, tanto o motociclista quanto o garupa estavam sem capacete no momento da abordagem. Mas o garupa, um adolescente de 14 anos, não reagiu à abordagem, foi revistado e em seguida, liberado.

Segundo a polícia, o piloto da moto foi autuado por resistência e também por conduzir motocicleta sem usar capacete que, pelo Código de Trânsito Brasileiro, é infração gravíssima e tem multa no valor de R$ 293,47.
