Motorista é preso pela segunda vez neste ano por embriaguez no DF

Ele foi autuado na 21ª DP. Mas pagou uma fiança de 1.200 reais e já foi solto

Um homem foi preso por embriaguez na tarde desta segunda-feira (23/5), quando na altura do Posto Ipiranga, localizado no final do Pistão Sul, em frente ao Centro Educacional Católica de Brasília.

A prisão ocorreu por volta das 16h. Ele foi autuado na 21ª DP. Mas pagou uma fiança de 1.200 reais e já foi solto.

De acordo com a polícia, militares faziam patrulhamento no Pistão Sul naquela região quando perceberam que o condutor de um Toyota Hilux dirigia em zig zag.

Depois de parar o veículo e abordar o motorista, a polícia solicitou que ele realizasse o teste do bafômetro. Ele assoprou o etilômetro (bafômetro) que acusou 0,51 gramas de álcool por litro de sangue.

Ainda segundo a polícia, esta é a segunda vez que este mesmo homem foi autuado por embriaguez em 2022, a primeira foi no dia 11 de maio.
