PCDF investiga intoxicação alimentar em cães após ingestão de petiscos

A Polícia Civil aguarda o resultado da perícia para a continuidade das investigações

A Polícia Civil do Distrito Federal (PCDF), por meio da 2ª DP, apura duas ocorrências policiais sobre intoxicação alimentar em caninos após a ingestão de petiscos.

Os animais apresentavam sintomas de fezes com sangue e desidratação, um deles veio à óbito.

Os tutores dos animais, coincidentemente, forneceram o mesmo biscoito, que já foi apreendido e submetido a perícia.

De acordo com a PCDF, a suspeita da polícia é de que a substância etilenoglicol esteja presente no produto. Esta substância é considerada tóxico e causa danos renais.

A Polícia Civil aguarda o resultado da perícia para a continuidade das investigações.
