PCDF prende suspeito de estuprar homem com retardo mental

A vítima, de 32 anos, foi levada até um matagal onde foi abusada sexualmente

A Polícia Civil do Distrito Federal (PCDF) prendeu, nessa quinta-feira (6/10), um homem de 65 anos por ter estuprado uma pessoa do sexo masculino, de 32 anos, que possui retardo mental, em Ceilândia.

De acordo com as investigações da 19ª Delegacia de Polícia (P Norte), a vítima foi levada até um matagal onde foi abusada sexualmente. Durante o ato, o criminoso ameaçava de morte o homem.

Constatada a materialidade do crime de estupro, após os procedimentos legais, o autor foi autuado e recolhido à carceragem da PCDF, onde encontra-se à disposição da Justiça. A pena prevista varia de seis a 10 anos de reclusão, caso seja condenado.
