PMDF prende homem que revendia combustível em bar de Planaltina

Policiais apreenderam 44 litros de gasolina, galões de armazenamento e apetrechos para abastecimento de veículos

A Polícia Militar do Distrito Federal (PMDF) prendeu, nessa quarta-feira (23/2), um homem de 50 anos após revender o litro de combustível por R$ 10. De acordo com a corporação, o suspeito não tinha autorização das autoridades competentes para revenda e responderá por crime contra a ordem tributária, econômica e relações de consumo.

A equipe de Grupo Tático Ambiental (GTA) sob orientação do serviço de inteligência recebeu informação sobre comércio ilegal de combustível em um bar na área rural de Planaltina.

No local foram apreendidos 44 litros de gasolina, galões de armazenamento e apetrechos para abastecimento de veículos. O autor foi conduzido à 16ª Delegacia de Polícia (Planaltina) para registro e demais providências cabíveis.
