Polícia Militar apreende pássaros silvestres no Itapuã

Os infratores foram autuados por crime ambiental

A Polícia Militar do Distrito Federal (PMDF) por meio do Batalhão de Polícia Militar Ambiental (BPMA), apreendeu 8 pássaros silvestres nessa quinta-feira (17/2), mantidos em cativeiro no Itapuã.

Entre as aves apreendidas estavam 1 Papagaio verdadeiro (Amazona aestiva), 1 Papagaio Galego (Alipiopsitta xanthops), 1 Pássaro Preto (Molothrus oryzivorus), 1 Garibaldi (Chrysomus ruficapillus), 2 Baianos (Sporophila nigricollis), 1 Bigodinho (Sporophila lineola) e 1 Galo de Campina (Paroaria dominicana).

Os Infratores foram autuados pelo crime ambiental capitulado no art. 29, III, da Lei 9605/98 (Lei dos Crimes Ambientais). Foram confeccionados quatro Termos de Comparecimento e os autores liberados.

Os pássaros foram apreendidos e encaminhados ao CETAS/IBAMA.
