Polícia resgata 16 aves silvestres em criadouros ilegais em Samambaia

Os responsáveis pelas aves vão responder por crime ambiental

Policiais militares resgataram 16 aves silvestres em três criadouros ilegais em Samambaia, no final da manhã desta quinta-feira (4/11).

O serviço de inteligência da PM identificou os criadouros ilegais nas quadras 504, 508, 514. Foram apreendidos noves baianos, três coleirinhas, duas graúnas, um cardeal do nordeste e um canário da terra.

Os responsáveis pelas aves assinaram termos circunstanciados de ocorrência e vão responder pelo crime ambiental previsto no art. 29 da Lei n 9605/98.
