Policial Civil do DF acusada de ‘stalking’ está foragida

Rafaela estava presa na Ala de Tratamento Psiquiátrico do presídio Feminino do DF

A agente da Policia Civil do Distrito Federal Rafaela Luciene Motta Ferreira, de 40 anos, presa pelo crime de “stalking” é considerada foragida da Justiça, segundo a Secretaria de Administração Penitenciária (Seape).

Rafaela estava presa com medida de segurança na Ala de Tratamento Psiquiátrico (ATP) do presídio Feminino do DF (PFDF), no Gama, mais conhecido como Colmeia, desde dezembro do ano passado, porém, no dia 10 de novembro foi colocada em liberdade.

No dia seguinte, Rafaela teve um novo mandando de prisão expedido, mas desde então, não foi localizada.
