Policial penal é preso após efetuar disparo em via pública no Riacho Fundo I

Homem alegou que efetuou o disparo para evitar uma briga no local

Um policial penal de 42 anos foi preso por efetuar disparo de arma de fogo em via pública na noite desse domingo (24/10, no Riacho Fundo I. A ocorrência ocorreu por volta das 21h45, em um bar, no conjunto 8A, da Qs 14.

De acordo com a Polícia Militar do DF (PMDF), responsável pela prisão, ninguém ficou ferido. O policial alegou que efetuou o disparo para evitar uma briga que tinha tido início no local.

A ocorrência foi registrada na 21ª DP, em Taguatinga Sul – Central de Flagrantes. A arma de fogo do policial foi apreendida e, após o pagamento da fiança, o homem foi liberado.
