Reviravolta: morte de mulher por engasgo passa a ser investigada como feminicídio no DF

Um homem foi preso nesta segunda-feira (17), suspeito de feminicídio em Samambaia, no DF. Ele é acusado de matar a namorada, Elaine Vieira de Jesus Dias de Oliveira, de 35 anos. O crime aconteceu no dia 22 de março deste ano.

Segundo a Polícia Civil do Distrito Federal (PCDF), a causa da morte de Elaine foi inicialmente registrada como “acidental” por engasgamento.

Mas o caso teve uma reviravolta após peritos constatarem, por meio da necropsia do cadáver, que a mulher teve uma morte violenta provocada por agressão. Segundo os investigadores, o namorado é o principal suspeito.

A polícia reuniu provas suficientes contra o acusado e pediu a prisão dele junto ao sistema judiciária, que autorizou o cumprimento de mandado.
