Saídão beneficia 1.850 presos no DF

Os presos devem retornar aos presídios até às 10h da próxima segunda-feira (13)

Nesta quinta-feira (9), 1.850 presos foram beneficiados pela Secretaria de Administração Penitenciária do Distrito Federal (Seape-DF) com a segunda saída temporária de 2023, o Saidão.

Segundo informações da Seape, dos beneficiados, 18 são mulheres. Os presos devem retornar aos presídios até às 10h da próxima segunda-feira (13).

Conforme a lei, os Saidões contemplam presos em regime semiaberto, com autorização para trabalhar externamente ou saídas temporárias.

Aquele que não retornar no dia e horário determinado é considerado foragido da Justiça e pode perder o direito ao regime semiaberto.
