Nesta semana, a agência móvel da Neoenergia Brasília estará em Planaltina. Em formato presencial, o atendimento itinerante da companhia contempla semanalmente diferentes regiões administrativas do DF, seguindo cronograma de demanda e sem hora marcada.

Assim como nos postos do Na Hora e nos seis pontos fixos de atendimento presencial – Paranoá, Planaltina, São Sebastião, Taguatinga, Samambaia e Lago Sul -, o atendimento na agência móvel permite à clientela acesso a todos os serviços técnicos e comerciais da distribuidora, como parcelamento de débitos, solicitação de reparo por danos elétricos, troca de titularidade e ligação nova, entre outros.
