Marina Sena, 26, rebateu algumas das críticas que recebeu após se apresentar no festival The Town, no domingo (10). A cantora, que fez um show em homenagem a Gal Costa, foi comparada à artista baiana. Também houve críticas à apresentação.

“‘Cês’ juram que se eu fosse ruim eu seria uma menina de Taiobeiras (cidade natal de Marina, em Minas Gerais), que tá conquistando coisa?”, questionou. “Por qual motivo tudo isso me seria dado? Não tenho sobrenome, não tinha dinheiro, influência, não tinha absolutamente nada”.

A artista também disse que não quer ser a nova Gal. “Eu sou uma das tantas filhas de Gal desse país. Na voz dela é onde eu me conecto com Deus. E eu vou ter pra sempre gratidão por ela ter expandido tanto a minha alma”, escreveu.
