O Brasil chegou em sexto lugar na primeira eliminatória do revezamento 4×100 m medley misto nos Jogos de Tóquio 2020, com o tempo de 3min46s74. Com esse resultado, o Brasil não avançou para a final.

A equipe brasileira foi formada por Guilherme Basseto, Felipe Lima, Giovana Diamante e Stephanie Balduccini.
O vencedor da série foi a Grã-Bretanha, com o tempo de 3min38s75. EUA (3min41s02) e Holanda (3min43s25) vieram em seguida.

As disputas estão sendo realizadas no Centro Aquático de Tóquio. A final da prova será disputada nesta sexta-feira (30/7), às 23h43 (horário de Brasília).
