Cerca de 836 mil pessoas já deixaram a Ucrânia, diz ONU

No total, 835.928 pessoas atravessaram as fronteiras do país, segundo o órgão

Cerca de 836 mil pessoas fugiram da Ucrânia nos últimos sete dias, desde o início da invasão russa, informou nesta quarta-feira (2/3) o Acnur (Alto Comissariado da ONU para Refugiados).

No total, 835.928 pessoas atravessaram as fronteiras do país, segundo o órgão.

Desses, 453.982 estão na Polônia, o principal país anfitrião. Na sequência vêm Hungria, que recebeu 116.348 refugiados, e Eslováquia, que acolheu 67 mil pessoas.

A Rússia, por sua vez, recebeu 42.900 pessoas, ainda segundo a ONU.

O chefe do Conselho da União Europeia, Charles Michel, disse que o bloco fará tudo para ajudar os refugiados.
