Fazendeiro italiano colhe abóbora de 1,2 tonelada e entra para o Guiness World Records

O fazendeiro cultiva abóboras gigantes desde 2008

Um fazendeiro italiano bateu o recorde mundial após fazer a colheita de uma abóbora com 1,2 tonelada – peso maior do que um carro compacto.

Stefano Cutrupi apresentou a abóbora em um festival na cidade de Peccioli, próximo à Pisa, em 26 de setembro. Em 28 de outubro, o Guiness World Records reconheceu a marca.

O fazendeiro contou que vinha cultivando abóboras gigantes desde 2008. Além de ter conseguido a marca história, o fazendeiro dominou o evento e também ficou com os 2º e 3º lugares da competição com outras duas abóboras que pesavam 978.99 kg e 794.51 kg.
