Fóssil de dinossauro do ‘Jurassic Park’ é vendido por mais de R$ 60 milhões

O fóssil é o mais completo da espécie encontrado até hoje

O esqueleto de um deinonychus, espécie de dinossauro carnívoro que inspirou a criação do “velociraptor” na franquia Jurassic Park, foi vendido por US$ 12,4 milhões (R$ 63 milhões) nesta semana.

A Christie’s, responsável pelo leilão, estimava o preço do fóssil entre US$ 4 milhões e US$ 6 milhões (R$ 20 milhões e R$ 30 milhões).

Batizado de “Hector”, o fóssil é o mais completo da espécie encontrado até hoje e o único pertencente à iniciativa privada, segundo a empresa.
O leilão aconteceu nesta semana, em Nova York.
