Varíola dos macacos é declarada emergência mundial pela OMS

No Brasil, há mais de 600 casos

A Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS) declarou, neste sábado (23/7), que a varíola dos macacos já é classificada como emergência de saúde global.

Até a última quinta (21), a OMS já contabilizava aproximadamente 16 mil casos em 72 países.

No Brasil, há mais de 600 casos. No DF, há 12 casos confirmados e 14 casos suspeitos sendo investigados.
