Em seu discurso na 76ª Assembleia Geral da Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU), em Nova York, o presidente Jair Bolsonaro (sem partido) defendeu o uso de medicamentos que compõe o tratamento precoce contra a Covid-19. O chamado “kit Covid” tem ineficácia cientificamente comprovada.

“Não entendemos por que muitos países se posicionaram contra o tratamento inicial”, afirmou Bolsonaro durante a Assembleia.

Bolsonaro foi o primeiro presidente a se pronunciar no plenário da ONU. Essa foi à terceira vez que o presidente falou em nome do País. Desde 1947, o representante do Brasil é encarregado de abrir oficialmente a fala dos presidentes mundiais.
