Ex-vereador é preso preventivamente por estupro

Gabriel Monteiro se apresentou na delegacia em Icaraí

A Polícia Civil confirmou, em nota, que o ex-vereador Gabriel Monteiro se apresentou na noite dessa segunda-feira (7/11) na 77ª Delegacia Policial (DP), em Icaraí, Niterói, região metropolitana do Rio de Janeiro, onde foi cumprir o mandado de prisão preventiva expedido pela Justiça, devido a processo a que ele responde por estupro.

A decisão é do juiz Rudi Baldi Loewenkron, da 34ª Vara Criminal do Rio de Janeiro. O caso teria acontecido no dia 15 de julho deste ano. O juiz determinou a apreensão de armas de fogo e de celulares do acusado.

Gabriel Monteiro teve o mandato cassado em 18 de agosto, por quebra de decoro parlamentar. Assédio sexual e moral, tentativas de estupro foram algumas das acusações ao ex-vereador.
