Em setembro, o Senado rejeitou a medida provisória

A movimentação do governo Jair Bolsonaro para tentar mais uma vez aprovar no Congresso uma minirreforma trabalhista acendeu o sinal de alerta nas centrais sindicais, cujas lideranças já começaram a articular estratégias de reação.

As centrais fizeram forte investida sobre os parlamentares no início do segundo semestre, com reuniões, ligações para gabinetes e manifestações. Em setembro, o Senado rejeitou a medida provisória.

Líderes sindicais compararam as flexibilizações propostas na MP a uma volta à escravidão. O texto reduzia ou retirava obrigações como o pagamento de FGTS e de 13º salário.
