TSE vai investigar se houve propaganda antecipada e abuso de poder em ato do 7 de Setembro

Será apurado também se houve pagamento de transporte e diárias para quem participou dos atos

O corregedor-geral da Justiça Eleitoral, ministro Luis Felipe Salomão, vai apurar se houve propaganda antecipada e abuso de poder em manifestações bolsonaristas de raiz golpista no 7 de setembro.

Decidida nesta quarta-feira (15), a investigação decorre de provas de vídeo e notícias divulgadas pela imprensa juntadas pelo TSE (Tribunal Superior Eleitoral) e que levantaram suspeitas de que a mobilização em apoio ao presidente Jair Bolsonaro pode ter sido financiada por empresários ou políticos.

Será apurado também se houve pagamento de transporte e diárias a quem participou dos atos e se houve conteúdo de campanha eleitoral antecipada, informou a corte eleitoral.
