A Polícia Militar do Distrito Federal (PMDF) prendeu um homem em flagrante, acusado de estupro de vulnerável. A prisão ocorreu em área rural de Planaltina, no DF, por volta das 22h da última terça-feira (31), logo após o suspeito praticar o ato libidinoso contra uma menor, de 13 anos.

Diante dos fatos, o autor foi conduzido à 16ª Delegacia de Polícia (Planaltina), onde ficou preso. Vale ressaltar que ter relações sexuais com menores de 14 anos, mesmo consensuais, é proibido por lei e configura o crime de estupro de vulnerável.
